When you select an upgrade, our skilled florists don't just make the bouquet mathematically wider; we invest that value into making the design significantly richer, fuller, and more luxurious. Upgrading means we add extra stems, greater floral variety, and incorporate higher-value premium blooms.

Because flowers are a natural and seasonal product, and sometimes subject to short notice limitations, there may be times when certain flowers or colours are temporarily unavailable. In these cases, our florists may carefully substitute flowers, packaging, or filler blooms with similar options of equal or greater value—always with the goal of maintaining the overall look and feel of your chosen design. For short notice orders (under 24 hours), substitutions may be necessary to meet delivery timeframes. If we’re unable to source the main flower in your arrangement, we’ll contact you directly to offer alternatives before proceeding.
